Sourdough

Sou' Wester - a classic San Francisco-style artisan bread with an open, amber crumb and a crisp golden crust. Made from organic baker's flour, organic wholemeal flour, salt and water.  Usually a long batard, although may come as a boule as well.

Lemon and Rosemary Campagne - inspired by the wonderful folk at NorCal's Della Fattoria, this wonderful light country-style boule opens up like a flower to reveal a delicious inner crust packed with the flavours of lemon, rosemary and fleur de sel.

Wholewheat - light but strong mix of organic stoneground baker's flour and wholewheat, with a touch of honey in a scrumptious boule

Semi sourdough

Hearty Multigrain - a rich mix of baker's flour and wholemeal flour and a touch of rye, blended with flax seeds (linseeds), toasted sesame and sunflower seeds for a healthful dose of delicious grains. in a rustic batard.

Millet Magic - a light, fresh loaf of baker's flour and wholemeal flour blended with millet, sesame, pumpkin and poppy seeds.

Prefermented

Ciabatta - the classic Italian "slipper bread", great for sandwiches or toasted panini or just dipping into olive oil, made simply from organic flour, salt, water, yeast and a little olive oil

Pain Meunier - also known as "Miller's Bread", traditionally made by the baker as a 'thank you' to his miller for supplying good quality flour. Uses all parts of the wheat berry, including stoneground flour, kibbled (cracked) wheat and toasted wheat germ, shaped into a 'fendu'.
